The concert on Thursday 15th January is set to be one of the highlights of the 2008-9 Thursdays at St Stephen’s Series.

James Gilchrist will give the world premiere of Martin Eastwood’s Erotic Fragments and Robert Rice and Rebecca Hodgetts will perform some fantastic sets of songs by Ibert, Quilter, Dove and Walton.

William and April Fredrick (Soprano) have been chosen to participate in the 2009 Young Songmakers Project. They will be attending masterclasses with Graham Johnson on 7th and 8th March at Bolivar Hall.

William has won the 2008 Gerald Moore Award, following a successful competition at Henry Wood Hall in front of a panel headed by Graham Johnson.
